The two of us were thrilled to reach Pune finally. Together, we aimed to learn about the city’s history and experience its vibrant culture. The problem was that it took time to identify best places to visit in Pune for couples.

We spent significant time exploring online. The content, however, needed more specifics and seemed impersonal.

In light of this, my partner and I set out to discover private retreats in Pune. We put up a manual so people might discover these unique places more easily.

Places to Visit in Pune for Couples

1. Lonavala

Lonavala is a beautiful hill town in the Maharastra state of India. Green slopes surround it, and it is in the Pune area. 

It is one of the most visited places in all of Maharashtra. Lonavala is an excellent place for couples to get away and spend time together in Pune. 

The best time to go to Lonavala is during the monsoon. But you can also go during the winter.

2. Mulshi Lake & Dam

Mulshi Lake and Dam is a favorite place for couples and families to walk in the Pune area. It is one of Pune’s most beautiful places to go with your partner. 

This beautiful place is about 40 kilometers away from the central city of Pune. Mulshi Lake and Dam is an excellent place for lovers in Pune to go on weekends. 

It has much to offer, especially for couples, like beautiful countryside, a calm atmosphere, and a romantic setting.

3. Pune-Okayama Friendship Garden

Pune-Okayama Friendship Garden is one of Pune, India’s biggest and most unique parks for couples. This famous garden is about the bond between India and Japan.

5. Rajgad Fort

7. Lavasa – Places To Visit In Pune For Couples

Lavasa is a beautiful, planned, private town in Pune. It is based in the Italian town of Portofino.

10. Empress Botanical Garden

Empress Botanical, built in 1838, is one of Pune’s oldest parks. It is a beautiful place in Pune city that looks like a dream. 

Empress Botanical Garden was named after Queen Victoria, the “Empress of India.” The Southern Command of India is located across the Pune Race Course from Kavade Mala in Ghorpadi.

11. Sinhagad Fort – Places To Visit In Pune For Couples

Sinhagad Fort is an excellent place to go if you want to spend time alone with your girlfriend in a quiet place.
