There are four trains that will run three times a week between Varanasi and Indore through Ujjain, Sant Hiradnagar (Bhopal), Bina, Jhansi, Kanpur, Lucknow / Prayagraj, and Sultanpur. Kashi Mahakal Express train schedules are mentioned below:
- Train number 82403 Varanasi-Indore Express (weekly) through Prayagraj-Kanpur will leave Varanasi at 3:15 PM and arrive in Indore at 9:40 AM.
- Train number 82404 Varanasi-Indore Express (weekly) via Prayagraj-Kanpur will depart Indore at 10:55 a.m. and will arrive in Varanasi at 5:00 a.m.
- Train number 82401 Varanasi-Indore Express (biweekly) through Lucknow-Kanpur will leave Varanasi at 2:45 p.m. and will arrive in Indore at 9:40 a.m.
- Train number 82402 Varanasi-Indore Express (biweekly) will depart Indore at 10:55 a.m. and will arrive in Varanasi at 6:00 a.m.

How to book tickets for the Kashi Mahakal Express train?
Ticket reservations can only be done online on the IRCTC website and its mobile application “IRCTC Rail Connect”. Online booking for Kashi Mahakal Express train will have a 120 day booking period. There will be no concession of any kind, while tickets for children under 5 will not be required.
Passengers will be able to see the current status of the reservation after the preparation of the first graph, which can vary from 4 hours to 5 minutes before the scheduled departure of the train. Each passenger will also be covered with complimentary travel insurance of Rs 10 lakh during the journey. In the event that the train is canceled for any reason, passengers will be entitled to an automatic refund.
